- Strong Reporting and presentation skills.
- Preferred experience from Product Company.
- Experience in definig KRA for team and running the team. Schedule/ Plan Define activities, Sequence Activities, Estimate Activities for Application Support.
- Experience in Getting KB articles Created.
- Reducing number of incident for the clients.
- Worked on client facing Production Support Model.
- Experience in handling end to end for products Support.
- Strong Stakeholder and Customer handling skills.
